How do I book a daily apartment?
There are two ways to book the daily apartments on our website:
1. You can simply send us an email and indicate your arrival dates,  number of persons, and the ID code of the apartment you would like to rent. If you have not chosen any specific apartment yet, we will do it for you. Please, let us know the preffered size of the apartment (number of bedrooms), and preffered neighborhood, and we will match the best available option to your search criteria.
2. you can fill in the fields in “Inquire” form located next to the apartment you have selected and we will send the final confirmation to your email within 12 hours.

How do I know which daily apartments are available for the dates I arrive?
By checking the dates in “calendar” located next to the apartment, or by filling the dates in search, you get the complete list of available apartments for the dates indicated. The availabilities will be double checked by our reservation team before final reservations are made.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive final confirmation email from us.

Do you rent entire apartments or just private rooms?
All the apartments listed on our website are entire (separate) apartments, we do not rent rooms in shared apartments. All the apartments listed on our website have private bathroom(s), kitchen facility, bedroom(s), living room, etc.

What is the reservation fee? 
There is no reservation fee at all. You will need to pay the total amount after your arrival to the apartment.

What is your service fee?
There is no service fee.

Do you have airport transfer service?
We have airport transfer service from airport directly to the apartment. The prices start from 25$ depending on vehicle type. We encourage using our airport transfer service especially for late /early arrivals, in this case drivers have the apartment keys and assist with check-in procedures.

How do I get/return the apartment keys?
The landlords usually greet you in the apartment and handle the keys. The return procedure is the same, unless you depart very early or late night. In this case, arrangements should be made with landlords in advance. Using our driver service makes this easier for all parties.

What is the check-in and check-out time? Just like in hotels, you can check-in/check-out any time, but it affects on number of days counted and accordingly on the total amount you pay. The counting starts from 1pm and check-out ends at 12 pm. E.g. If you check-in at 4am in the morning, this will count as an extra day.

What is the minimum number of nights in daily apartments?
In general,  minimum 3 nights stay is required, but some of the apartments can be rented for only 1 or 2 nights, especially if there are the gaps between two different reservations.

How can I see the daily apartments prior making reservation?
Usually, we do not show the daily apartments as they are  occupied most of the time, but if you are already in the city and would like to take a glance before making reservation and apartment you’d like to see is vacant at that time,we will arrange the meeting with the landlord. 

Are the pictures of the apartments real or sample?
The photos provided are taken by our photographers, and we guarantee that they are actual photos. We even have virtual tours to get a better idea about the apartment layout.

What is the security deposit?
There is no security deposit required in daily apartments. But if anything has been damaged during your stay, it should be covered by you.

Do I pay anything extra for utilities (gas, electricity, internet), bed linens, towels, etc?
Utilities are always included in the price and bed linens, towels, dishware and all basics are provided, just like in hotels. In most cases, even coffee, tea, sugar, Georgian wine and some snacks await you to make your stay more pleasant.

Is there Wi-Fi in daily apartments?
All daily apartments have free wi-fi internet, but please double check a special box  in property details.

Is there any discount on daily apartment or the price is final?
Some of the apartments have discounts for more than 10-day stay, if it is not high season. please send the enquiry to get a special price on a specific apartment.

Are pets allowed in daily apartments?
Pets are not allowed in our daily apartments.

Is smoking allowed in daily apartments?
Most of the apartments are non smoking, but some of the visitors disregard the rules. We  encourage all not to smoke inside the apartments.  Please respect house rules and other guests.
